  My computer blew up. Apple repaired it by erasing my hard drive --- not backed up. Do I have to pay again or can I reload. If so --- how?

  No, you don't need to pay again.

  You can just download a copy of Fetch from our website - there's a link on our home page at http://fetchsoftworks.com - and then re-enter your serial number information, which I have emailed to you.
