having an issue with the FTP (2 posts)

  Our clients on a MAC are not able to drop and drag into a certain FTP site, only
  those on a PC can do that.

  For other FTP sites that we have this function works both on MAC and PC

  Do you have a work around for this issue?

  Hi,

  We'd like some more information to help you solve this problem.

  Do you get an error message when you try to drop and drag the files on to this FTP site? Can you see the list of files on this website?

  After you connect and try to drag files to the FTP site, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the contents of the transcript window, and paste them here. We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
