    I am trying to create my account and I can't figure it out!
    What are the steps I need to go through?
    I am a MAC OSX user

    Do you mean an ftp account on a server? You would usually do that by talking to a web service provider (aka a hosting company). Can you say a bit more about what you're trying to do?
