im using fetch to upload files for magento into my plesk. im very new to all of this and not to sure what im doing. after i place my files to be uploaded into fetch i cant find them anywhere in my plesk files. all the paths in fetch are different then my file manager in plesk too but all my server info if correct

Hi Andrew,

I think this is a question for your hosting provider.

It sounds like Fetch has uploaded the files successfully, but in a different location than the one that the file manager is showing to you. Since we are not familiar with your server's setup - every server's arrangement of folders and paths is different - it's very difficult for us to advise what the problem is, since we do not know how the server is setup nor do we have access to it to look at things.

The support people at your hosting provider will be familiar with how things are arranged, and should be able to figure out where the files you uploaded with Fetch have gone.

If after talking with them you are still having trouble with Fetch - or if they say that Fetch isn't doing what it's supposed to do - please let us know and we'll try to help.
