Hi,
Are you using Yahoo Web Hosting and have your own website name (aka domain name)? If so, this is what Yahoo says you should enter in the Fetch New Connection dialog:
Hostname: ftp.yourdomain.com
Username: yourusername@yourdomain.com
Password: yourpasswrodReplace "yourdomain.com" with your domain name, that is, your website's address, and yourusername with your user name. For instance, if your user name was "joe" and your website's address was "booksbyjoe.net", you'd put "ftp.booksbyjoe.net" in the Hostname field, and "joe@booksbyjoe.net" in the Username field.
Let us know if this does not help solve the problem.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

I have someone creating a website for me. Yahoo are hosting my website and I have created a user name and password so that my web designer can use Fetch to connect to the website. Unfortunately, they cannot connect to the site - despite using many different combinations of the user id (e.g. mine user ID, and their own).
Is there anything else that we have missed? I have told him that I would contact Yahoo, but they don't seem to have a telephone number available!!!!
Thanks and best regards
Julie
