hidden directories in earlier versions (2 posts)

    Hoping you can help. We run 4 sun servers running Solaris 2.6, 2.7, and 8. Both Fetch 3.x and CuteFTP 2.x worked ok on the 2.6 and 2.8 machines, but didn't show all directories available on the Solaris 8 servers. Upgrading both clients (Fetch 4.0b7 and CuteFTP 4.2) cured the problem, but we'd like to know why. Any Ideas?

    I'd suggest comparing the contents of the Fetch Transcript window using 3.0.3 and 4.0, or posting them both here.
