HOST name?? (3 posts)

    Down loaded the files and purchased the software.

    I attempted to put in the password for the company and their user name. However I do not know what to put in for the " host" name.

    I recieved details for purchase/billing infom but HOST name is no where to be found.

    Any help would be great. Thanks

    The host name is the name of the FTP server you want Fetch to connect to. You would get that from the administrator of the server. The host name is not information you would get from Fetch Softworks.
