    Hi Kem,

We're sorry to hear you're not happy with Fetch.

Fetch does not deliberately hijack FTP transfers. My guess it was the first FTP program you ran on your Mac, so it got set as the default to use when you click on FTP links. Most FTP clients have a setting for default FTP program in their Preferences; you should look at the client you are using and see if it has one to change it to your preferred FTP program.

If Fetch is still opening even after you deleted it, there must be another copy of Fetch installed somewhere on your hard drive.

You can find instructions on uninstalling all the parts of Fetch here:

    http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/help/Contents/About/UninstallingFetch.html

After you follow them, you should use the Finder's Find command, or Spotlight, to search your drive for programs named Fetch, because it sounds like you have Fetch installed someplace other than it might normally be installed.

    Thanks,
