  I have my FTP details, can someone give me an idea where to start

  Hi,

  I'd recommend going through the Fetch Tutorial:

  http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/help/Contents/Tutorial/TutorialIndex.html

  You should go up to the "Getting a File" step, which covers downloading a file from a server to your Mac. Once you've done that you should be able to follow similar steps to download your website files.
