how to enlarge name field in dialogue box? (2 posts)

  why can't i drag the "NAME" field to enlarge to show me the file names on the server. all i can do is reduce its size but i want to make it bigger. how do i do that?

  Hi,

  The trick is that you must first make one of the other columns - Kind, Size, or Date - narrower. Then you can make the Name column wider by the same amount you made the others smaller.

  Also, if you make the window wider, all the columns will get wider (when you do that, the name column will get wider faster than the others).
