How to let people download Pdf file from my website

I am new to the creation of webpages and somehow managed to create website with the help of HTML and CSS which will allow students to download previous years question papers and Answers.I have completed all the designing part and stuck in middle as i dont know how to let them download the html files..Looking forward for your quick reply...

Hi,

You want to add links to the PDF files, i.e. "a href" tags. They are just like links to other HTML pages, but instead should point to the PDF files.
