  Sorry I couldn't find anything about this, but someone at my office used their Fetch personal license without our knowledge. Since we like to stay compliant, we purchased a license but it doesn't allows us to "unregister" like other programs. I don't want to have to recreate this person's user profile, so how to I install this license after another license was used to register?

  Hi,

  To enter the desired serial number information hold down the Option key and choose "Enter Serial Number…" from the Fetch menu.
