  We had a two user serial number and a three user serial number. These have since been combined into a single five user serial number. How do we change the previously entered serial number to the new serial number?

  Hi,

  You can enter a new serial number in Fetch by doing the following:

  * Hold down the Option key on your keyboard.
  * Go to the Fetch menu, and while still holding the Option key down, choose "Enter Serial Number."
