  Ok, so I am having the hardest time setting up fetch. I'm unsure of what goes in the fields and have played with this for an hour. Please advise what goes in
  Hostname (is this hostgator or my website name.com)
  Username(same)

  Hi,

  You should ask HostGator for the FTP login information for your account: Hostname, Username and Password. The details differ from one hosting company to another, so you need to get the information from them.
