Hi,
If you set the upload format to Binary (rather than Automatic) they will not be zipped.
I'm surprised that they are being zipped when the format is set to Automatic; Fetch will only do that when it thinks there's important information that will be lost if they aren't zipped. So I would like to investigate further. Would you mind letting me know what version of Fetch you are running? Also, could you upload one of the files in question to the incoming folder on ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave Username and Password blank, and ignore the permissions error when you enter the incoming folder) and let me know its name, so I can take a look?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

Hi Jim,
By the way, all setting were on auto, but I did notice, the top 2 box were checked as well.
I am using version 5.7.1
Sent a folder to you clouds_done I got a permission error, so hoping for the best. New to Fetch as a user.
thanks k

Hi,
Uploading a folder to the incoming folder won't work; could you upload a video file?
Thanks,

I am trying to upload video files to istockphoto. They were rejected because the files were zipped when I uplaoded them.
How do I turn off the setting, so they are not zipped during upload ?
thanks k
