  I cannot find the button of Fetch when I download it.

  I would check your Downloads folder, or the Downloads window in your web browser.

  Hi,
  When I downloaded it, I cannot find the button of "try" to start it, it means that I have to purchase it but cannot try it.

  Hi,

  You should see a Try button unless it's been 15 days since your trial period started. In that case you would need to purchase a license.
