I had no problem when I was using the free version but since i now am using Fetch 4.03 it doesn't seem to accept my host name, which I assume is the name of my website: home.nyc.rr.com. The message keeps saying the connection was refused by the server. I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong, but can't figure it out.

Sometimes network changes break something that was working, and in this case it happened as the same time that you purchased your Fetch license. I think that's just a coincidence; the free trial version is the same software as the licensed one, except for the fact that the trial version demands a serial number after 15 days.

I would try connecting to the FTP server at home.nyc.rr.com using your web browser. You'd do this by typing:

    ftp://home.nyc.rr.com/

into your browser's location field. Is that connection refused?

    Thanks,
