I am uploading my html file and it is appearing in the list above: mail, public_ftp, public_html etc. When I look at my web page on line all I see is the index page. What am I doing wrong? Am I supposed to be putting the file somewhere else or am I missing a step?

My guess is that you need to enter the public_html folder before uploading your pages.

Hi Jim, Thanks for your speedy reply ! I've tried that but I still can only see my index file when I type in my web address. Any other suggestions?

What is the URL of your page? I'll take a look and see what I can figure out.

    Thanks,

When I go to that page in my web browser I see folders named "cgi-bin" and "entropybanner". For visitors to see a web page you want to put your index.html file (and any other files that are referenced by it, such as images) in the folder where "entropybanner" currently is. Does that make sense?

    Thanks,
