    Hi,

    All copies of Fetch downloaded from our website start as the trial version. Once you enter a serial number, they become the full version.

    You can download Fetch using the download link on our homepage at: http://fetchsoftworks.com

    The download link should download a file named "Fetch.dmg", which should automatically open a window showing installing instructions (drag the dog icon to your applications folder).

    After you have installed it, when you open Fetch, you should see a dialog asking for the hostname, username, and password for the server you want to connect to.

    I'm sorry, but I'm not quite clear on what problem you are experiencing. When you double-click on the Fetch application (the dog), are you not seeing that window? Are you getting an error?

    If you can clarify for us what steps you are following and what problem you are experiencing, we'll try to help.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi,

    I would try doing the following:

    * Delete the copy of Fetch in your applications folder and on your desktop.
    * Delete the Fetch_5.5.dmg file that you downloaded.
    * Download a new copy.
    * Install Fetch.
    * When you are asked "Fetch is an application which was downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?" be sure to click on the Open button.

    Let us know if that helps.

    Thanks,

    What is the difference between the trial and full version?

    Hi Joe,

    The only difference between the trial and full version is that the trial version will only work for 15 days. Otherwise, the demo version is fully functional.

    Thanks,
