I need help registering my upgrade, please (2 posts)

    In December 1996 I upgraded from Fetch 1.2 to 1.5 with no problems and in May 1998 I upgraded to 3.0.3 with no problems. Now I am trying to upgrade to 4.0.03 and cannot locate a copy of my serial number to register this upgrade.

    All of my installations of Fetch have been downloads, I have no real hard copies of anything. The suggestion for finding my serial number on the back of my manual isn't helpful because my original manual is on PDF file. In late 1999 I lost my entire email file (which was not backed up ~ arg!) and I have no way of referring to an original email messages sent prior to early 2000.

    Is there someone I can contact to find out what my registion serial number is so I may register my 4.0.3 upgraded version?

    Fetch only started using serial numbers in January 2001, so it sounds like you wouldn't have one. To upgrade to Fetch 4.0.3 you would need to purchase a new license.
