    Hi,

To install Fetch on a new Macintosh, you can just download a new copy of Fetch from our website to your new Mac, and then enter your serial number information into the new copy.

You can download the current version of Fetch from our home page:

    http://fetchsoftworks.com

If you do not know your serial number information, send an email to serial@fetchsoftworks.com and we can look it up for you.

If you want to move your shortcuts from your old Mac to a new Mac, please see the "Moving shortcuts to another Macintosh" topic in Fetch Help, or you can read it on the web at this address:

    http://www.fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/help/Contents/Tutorial/MovingShortcuts.html

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi Mayte,

I'm sorry, but Fetch is Macintosh-only, we do not have a Windows version, so you cannot install it on a Windows PC.

If you’re looking for a Windows FTP client, we suggest WS_FTP from Ipswitch File Transfer. Like Fetch, WS_FTP has been the leading FTP client in its field for years. If you decide to purchase WS_FTP, enter Fetch20 in the coupon field to receive a 20% discount.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
