I want to move the software to my new computer (3 posts)

  Hi there -

  I just got a new laptop and I'd like to move my Fetch application over. Is this feasible without having to buy a new license?

  If so, can I just copy everything over, or is there a special way it needs to be done?

  Hi,

  When you set up your new computer it will ask you if you want to bring over your applications and settings from another machine. If you do that Fetch will be ready to use on the new computer.

  Otherwise you can download a new copy of Fetch from

  http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/latest

  The first time you open it you will be asked for your serial number. If you don't have that information you can request it here:

  http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/serial

  If you have shortcuts to move over you can follow the instructions here:
