    To Whom It Concern,
I have been working on trying to find a solution to this problem for the last 4hrs with and have gotten nowhere. Please, I am asking anyone who can help me as I am trying to enable this feature to enter the information that goes into the Ident field. If someone knows how or uses a different program could you please respond. I greatly appreciate anyone who can help me out. I would love to purchase Fetch but if I can't enable the Ident feature its pointless.

    Sincerely,
    Matt D'Arduini

It's unusual to need an ident server in order to use FTP, but I did a Google search for "ident Mac OS X" and found a link to this page: http://home.cogeco.ca/~seann/ident2/

    Thanks,

    Jim,
I just need to enter an Ident when I enter the host name, port, password and username. My friend who has a PC says he uses FlashXP and it has the option to enable this feature which allows him to enter the Ident and get access to the server.
Is there a way to do this with Fetch?
