    Hi gang,

I'm having trouble connecting to my FTP via Fetch. When using Explorer to connect to http://www.pyramind.com/clientftp and enter the log/pass, it works fine. However when i enter the same info in fetch, it tells me there's no host by that name.

Am I correct in assuming that the host needs to be the domain name, and not a folder in it? In other words, our FTP folder is within the site itself, and not a domain. is there a way to access JUST this folder with Fetch? I could access the whole site w/Fetch but that leaves the site vunerable.

    Any ideas?

    thanks in advance!

The host has to be just a domain name (such as www.pyramind.com). If you want to specify a certain directory you can put that in the Initial Directory field of the New Connection window.

If that isn't working please choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you dismiss the error message.

    Thanks,
