Image files won't update (6 posts)

I'm trying to update my site. It never updated after I had replaced the image files, now it's not showing anything at all! All I see is a background and the slices, however the buttons work? All of the images are located in the same folder. I really cannot figure out the problem.

    Hi Samantha,

What program are you using to make your website?

If you tell us the address of the problem page, we'll take a look and see if we have any advice.

    Thanks,

    Hi Samantha,

It looks like the problem is the webpage is expecting the image files to be inside a folder named "images". However you have uploaded the image files to be in the same folder as the webpage file itself.

If your image files are already in an "images" folder, you should just upload the "images" folder, instead of opening it up and uploading the files inside it. If they are not in an images folder already, you should move them into a folder named "images" and upload that folder.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks,
