  It has come to a stage when it is saying that my server is full. How do I increase the allowance on my fetch without deleting anything and will it cost more?

  The server is run by your hosting company (not by Fetch Softworks). So you need to talk to them about increasing your storage quota, and they can tell you what it will cost.
