Hi,
Some Mac Pros shipped with a version of Mac OS X 10.4.7 that included a bug that prevents Fetch from working.
So the likely solution to your problem is to use Mac OS X's software update feature to update your Mac Pro to the latest version of Mac OS X.
However, if you would rather avoid doing that if possible, if you tell me which build of Mac OS X 10.4.7 you have, I can tell you if there is another option.
To find the Mac OS X build number, you should do the following:
* Choose "About This Mac" from the blue Apple logo menu.
* The About This Mac window will appear.
* Click in the window on the words "Version 10.4.7"
* The Build number will be displayed. Thanks,
Scott McGuire

I installed Fetch 5.1 on a MacPro Dual Core (Intel) with OS10.4.7. When I launch the application the icon begins to launch...then nothing. I then installed 5.2, but the same thing happens. Help.
