Hi,
It sounds like you're dragging the wrong icon to the Applications folder; you do not want to drag the "Fetch Installer" icon from your desktop to the Applications folder.
You should instead double-click the "Fetch Installer" icon. This displays the window with a big Fetch banner and installation instructions in it.
In the installer window, there is a Fetch dog icon on the left and an arrow pointing to an alias of the Applications folder on the right
Drag the big dog icon (just below the words "Drag this Fetch icon") over to the right and drop it on the Applications folder.
Open your Applications folder and make sure that you have the Fetch icon (only the dog), with the word Fetch next to it. If you have an icon named "Fetch Installer" in your Applications folder, put it in the Trash.
Please let us know if you're still having problems.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

INSTALLER NOT WORKING. Dragged to applications folder. Opened Installer. It simply puts me back to the screen that says to drag installer to applications folder. Wow. Must be a great program. Even the installer doesn't work.
