  I downloaded the installer and... it's empty. Neither the Fetch icon or the Applications folder show up, which means I cannot install it. Please help?

  Hi,

  Try downloading this:

  http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/latest

  You should get a file named Fetch_5.7.5.dmg. Let me know if you see something different.
