  I purchased Fetch on 8-21-07. On my first attempt to use, it says my serial #is invalid. I have e-mailed Fetch twice and have received no answer to question. HELP. Imperative I have this Tuesday

  Hi,

  I apologize that you have had trouble hearing from us.

  My understanding is that we did receive your emails, replied yesterday (Monday afternoon), and received a confirmation from you that you received our reply.

  If that is not correct and you have not received replies from us via email, please let me know and we will work on fixing the problem as quickly as we can.
