After successfully entering the host name, ftp user name and ftp password, I immediately receive the error "must be connected to remote server". What is causing this?

This is the script that is running:

    Hi,

We'd like some more information to help diagnose the problem.

After you try to connect and you get the error message, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi,

    Thanks for the transcript.

Were you trying to connect to ediftp.ypa.com, or to ediftpgw.geis.com ?

It looks like you may need to configure proxy settings - that is, to connect to the server you must first connect through another server. If you go to the Fetch menu, choose Preferences, and click the Proxy tab, do you have information entered there?

    Thanks,
