Is Fetch changing the date of files via ftp? (2 posts)

    Hello

    Why does Fetch change the dates of files transferred via ftp to my Mackie Digital Mixer?
    Can it be set to leave the existing dates alone?

    Fetch does not have any control over the dates assigned to uploaded files. Servers usually set the dates to the current date (since that's when the file was most recently modified, from the server's point of view).

    Fetch does try to preserve the modification dates of downloaded files.
