  Hi, I have a hard time reading online instructions. Is there a good old-fashioned simple users guide I can order/purchase for Fetch 4? Thanks for any input.

  Hi,

  I'm sorry, we do not have a hardcopy users manual available.

  However, there is a PDF file of the Fetch 4 online help, which you could download and print out (or at least print out sections of it). You can get it here:

  Fetch 5 has more extensive help and there is a PDF of its help available as well.
