Is there a "How to FTP" sort of thread? (2 posts)

    It's been a long time since I FTP'ed anything, and I'm looking for some very basic directions. Also, do both parties need to have a FTP server or just one?

    I'd recommend running Fetch, choosing Fetch Help from the Window menu (or clicking on the Help button in the New Connection dialog) and reading the tutorial topics in Fetch Help.

    An FTP session has two sides, a client and a server. So only one party needs a server.
