Issue accessing Fetch for 2nd User (2 posts)

  I purchased 2 licenses for Fetch: Serial # FETCH55002-2CY7-99J3-DPC7-RB36-ZGA7

  I updated my Fetch this morning, and it works fine.

  My co-worker also has a MAC Computer. She updated her FETCH, but cannot access it.

  A window asks for Serial # Name and Serial #.

  We can't remember the Serial # Name.

  Please direct us as to what to do.
