It looks like the server has a firewall that prevents passive mode from working. What transcript do you get if you uncheck "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)"?

I recently purchased Fetch 4.0.3. I have a G3 iMac, OS 9.0.2 and use a cable modem. I can't gain access to a bunch of my sites (all with the same webhost). The message is "Can't open data connection".
I have the Passive Mode Transfers box in the Firewall section of Preferences checked, but it's still not connecting.
Here's the transcript:
