    Since I have upgraded to Jaguar I have had major slow times working on the web. It will take 5 to ten minutes to upload a basic HTML file sometimes. Other times it is better and other times it disconnects. I am on a dial up connection but my web browser still functions fast enough and it all was much faster before I upgraded. It seems there must be some glitch. Thoughts anyone?

    I haven't heard other reports of Fetch slowdowns on Jaguar, or seen them on the machines I've upgraded to 10.2. I have heard that Apple will release a 10.2.1 update and that one of the problems it will address is poor web browsing performance; I don't know if that could be related.
