    In OS X, is there a way to stop the jumping dog in the dock after an upload?

    I find it annoying, and it seems to take up processor power to animate it.

    Try unchecking the "Blink icon in menu bar" box in the General section of Preferences.

    I guess I must be blind, looked all over for such a setting before I made the post.

    I knew there had to be a setting for that.
