Just bought fetch, cannot get it connected (4 posts)

  The problem may be that I'm unclear about "my server."
  Is there anyone who can help me get this set up? I'm nearly 70 years old and that may be the difficulty

  Hi,

  If you are using Fetch to upload and maintain a website then your server is a computer at your web hosting company. You should ask your hosting company for the FTP login information (Hostname, Username and Password) for your account.

  I have been using Fetch for years to upload file to my website. I tried to get online and continually get timed out, unable to connect. I don't think there is a problem with my network. Is your server down?

  Hi,

  The server you connect to with Fetch isn't ours -- it's run by your web hosting company. You should contact them to see if they've been having problems.
