  Won't open up keeps timing out? Never did that before in a decade of use? Help!

  Hi,

  It could be that there's a problem with your Internet connection. Restarting your Mac and cable or DSL modem might fix that. Otherwise, could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after trying to connect, and post the contents?
