Knocked off network after using Fetch (2 posts)

  Help-
  running OS 10.5.5 -- after using fetch i lose all my local network connection and cant see or access any computers (both PC and Mac) or my network for that matter! Is there something Fetch does to network settings while being used that does this? Any fixes?

  *On a side note, this happened when i first got this computer and used Fetch....playing around with settings for 3 days some how got me back on the network. It wasn't till i just used Fetch again that i was able to figure out the cause of the fubar....now the fix??????

  Hi,

  There's nothing in Fetch or its settings that should cause you to lose your network connection after using it, so this is very odd.

  To begin with, could you please tell us which version of Fetch you are using, and how you are connected to the Internet?
