    Hi Josiah,

Please check your junk email folder; sometimes our approval emails are incorrectly labeled as spam.

    Thanks,

And no, it is not being spamed out.

    thanks

    Hi Jim,

We have re-checked our application process and emails are being sent out; I am not sure what happened to yours.

Please send us an email containing your name and the email address you used when applying to:

    bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com

    and we'll look into this.

    Thanks,

    Hi Jim,

I sent you an email Thursday June 25 afternoon at 3:23 PM (Eastern), in reply to the email you sent us yesterday. I was waiting for 24 hours before following up with you to see if you had received it.

The subject line was "Re: Fetch license." It was sent from a different email address, and a completely different email system, than the first attempt, so I am surprised that it also went awry. I assume it is also not in your spam filter?

(It sounds like your email system takes exception to our emails. Perhaps we should take it personally. :-) )

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi Jim,

Is there a non-Western Kentucky University email address at which we can try to reach you? If so, let us know - either here or by emailing it to bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com - and we'll try sending the license information there instead.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

Oddly, the confirmation email came through fine.

    Hi Jim,

Well, the confirmation emails come from yet a third email system... glad to hear it arrived, though!

Still not sure why the first two emails had trouble reaching you; we don't think there's a problem, as we've only had the few reports of problems mentioned here, so nearly all emails are going through successfully, but we'll keep an ear out for other reports similar to yours.

    Thanks,

    Hi Scott,

I'm writing from Second Street Gallery, a 501(c)3 non-profit contemporary art space in Charlottesville, VA. We recently had our website redesigned in Flash format, and I've applied to Fetch in order to get a copy of your FTP program to continue making updates on the site. I haven't received a confirmation e-mail as of yet. Could you look into this?

    Thanks,
    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

It looks like we did send a confirmation email to you yesterday (Nov 17) afternoon.

Could you please check your spam or junk mailbox and see if there is a reply from us in it? (It would have come from an address at fetchsoftworks.com.)

To clarify, we would have sent the address to the email address you used for the application, not your personal email address, so check the junk or spam mailbox for the email address you entered into the application.

If you find a reply, could you please forward it to us at bugs@fetchsoftworks.com so we can figure out why it was regarded as spam?

If you can't find a reply, let me know and we'll try to get it to you another way.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi Scott,

Looks like it ended up in the junk folder, as you expected. I've forwarded the e-mail back to the "bugs" address for your reference. Thanks very much for the service. Looking forward to working with Fetch!

I have never bought anything online in my life and I don't want to start now.

Is there a street address where I could send a check to purchase Fetch?
Please reply to the e-mail above.

    Thanks

    Hi Kris,

You can fill out our check order form here:

    http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/buy/check

(It just asks for your address information and how many copies of Fetch you want - it does not ask for any financial information.)

And then mail your check to the address listed at the bottom of the form. The check must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Once we receive your check, your serial number will be emailed and mailed to you.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
