Did you also uncheck "Use Internet Config" in the General section of Preferences?
Thanks,

Jim,
The "Use Internet Config" option is unchecked in the General section of Preferences. I am still getting the same error. What should I do next?
Thanks,

Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after seeing the problem?

The transcript shows Fetch using the PORT command; that indicates that the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Preferences is not checked. Could you check that box, and make a new connection?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

I still get the message "Server response: Illegal PORT command rejected" even after I have set "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Preferences. I am using MAC's OSX and Fetch 4.0.1.
What should I do next to resolve this issue? I would appreciate an immedidate response since I an unable to upload files to my website?
Thanks!
doug
