We've been using Fetch for a number of years to load pics for ebay on our AOL FTP space. We have BYOA via cable modem so we have to work around by using AOL 5.0. Suddenly, without warning we're no longer able to load pictures. No new software has been loaded. Instead of the name of the ftp directory we just get a little folder with a backslash. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you see the problem?

    Thanks,
