  Is there a log file generated by fetch? Could there be? I have a customer that has extensive problems and does not believe the logs generated by by FTP server software. I am hoping I could use a log to help diagnose issues.

  Fetch keeps a file called Fetch.log. To find it, have the customer:

  1) Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu
  2) Choose "Show Fetch.log in Finder" from the File menu
