  I have been trying to login to my account I dont know if i am doing something wrong or it just will not connect. Thank you for your help
  I also would like to know if there is a way to get into my account from windows 10.

  Hi,

  After trying to connect, could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents of that window?

  You might try WS_FTP to access your FTP account from Windows 10.
