Is "anonymous" the user id you were provided (and that the other people are using)?

I am logging into a client ftp site and using the username and password they have provided. I know the user and pass are correct because other people outside my office can log on I am being told. I have tried on 2 macs and a PC to no avail. All three are running on the same network. I have attached the transcript below. Any help would be appreciated.
