Hi,
Could you try again, and then choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu, and post the contents of that window? There might be some more clues there.

Hi,
I would try entering just "icg" rather than "icg@files2.marcomcentral.app.pti.com" in the Username field. Does that help?

After I enter all my information (username, host and password) I keep receiving a login error. I
t says "An FTP connection to 'files2.macromcentral.app.pti.com' could not be opened because the FTP server sent an unexpected response. Check the Fetch Transcript window for more information. Server responded: "Login with USER first."
How any every experienced this issu? If so how do I fix it?
