About two-thirds of my uploads timeout or have very long delays (3 minutesfor very small (4kb) files. I've attached the full transcript below. Note the 3inute delay for "clear.gif". Any ideas? Thanks! Lori

    Hi Lori,

Thanks for the transcript. I don't immediately see anything out of the ordinary or that might explain the delays.

However, I see that you're using Fetch 4.0.3. I'd like you to give Fetch 5.3, our current version of Fetch, a try. We've made a lot of improvements to the networking support in it, and it may fix the problems you are seeing. If not, the transcript from it will also be more informative. You can download Fetch 5.3 and use it for free for 15 days, and you do not have to remove Fetch 4.0.3 to use it (and it will not interfere with your ability to switch back to Fetch 4.0.3).

You can download Fetch 5.3 from our home page:

    http://fetchsoftworks.com

Please give it a try uploading the same files and let me know how it goes. If you see the same delays, please send me a transcript from Fetch 5.3.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
