  I lost my copy of Fetch when my computer crash. I downloaded fetch 6.5 and try to activate with my old Serial name and number but it didn't accept it. How do I get a copy of Fetch online using the serial no. of the my lost Fetch copy?

  What does your Fetch serial number start with (e.g. FETCH55, FETCH5X)? That will tell me which version of Fetch you should download.

  Thanks for the information.

  The likely source of your problem is that your current Fetch license is only valid for older versions of Fetch up to Fetch 5.3.1; but if you went to our website, you probably downloaded our current version, Fetch 5.6, which is a paid upgrade for you.

  You have two options. First, you can download and continue to use Fetch 5.3.1 at no charge, and your existing serial number will work with it. You can download it again using this link:

  Or you can upgrade to the newest version, Fetch 5.6, for $10, using our upgrade page:
